Complaint
Absolute customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Should you notice any defects despite our strict IHQ quality standards, we will provide a replacement within the scope of your statutory warranty rights. If the product is no longer part of our product range, you will receive a comparable replacement item.
Direct complaint handling via Intenso is only possible for products purchased in Germany.
If the product was bought from one of our international retail partners outside of Germany, please contact the store or retailer where you purchased the item.
Please note: We are unable to process returns for products purchased abroad. In such cases, costs for return shipping or disposal may apply.
